What Technology Bubble?

It sure does feel like 1999 around here - I guess it's a good thing - what do you think?

The perfect urban transport

The mechanics are perfect - just replace the gas engine with a plugin hybrid. And add a canopy - like they have in Japan - a la Honda Canopy.

I'm not sure on the technical advantages of the front or rear mounted two-wheel design - the front one certainly looks exotic - maybe just because it is rare - three wheeled scooters with two wheels at the back are rather common in Italy and large parts of India and Asia.
